Tap into the group's creativity and synergy when you attend this BIONS meeting. The Brain Exchange is an effective problem-solving tool that utilizes the creativity of every participant. It builds cooperation, involvement, and enthusiasm among participants. It is an inclusive process, and differing points of view and backgrounds are welcomed.
In many meetings, too much time is spent exploring problems instead of developing solutions. The purpose of the Brain Exchange is to provide a safe and spirited environment for actually solving problems -- personal, spiritual, community and global -- for an individual or a group. It is fun, lively, non-threatening and productive. When a group engages in the Brain Exchange Process, the possibilities expand for taking action to improve one's self, one's community, and the world.
Bring a personal, business, or community issue to the March BIONS gathering if you want to have it Brain Exchanged. When you leave at the end of the evening, you will have solutions to explore; you will know how to do a Brain Exchange, and you can take it into the other circles in your life. You don't have to bring an issue in order to participate.

This Brain Exchange will be facilitated by Phyllis Shacter, a local BIONS member, who has facilitated groups and taught communication and problem solving skills for 30 years. She has been a school educator and a consultant to businesses. She is very enthusiastic about group problem-solving tools as a means to improve ourselves and our community.
