Paula Forget will touch on all these questions as she
shares her journey of self-discovery through meditation.
During a period of life changes and new beginnings, she
was introduced to a meditation teacher who gave weekly classes and talks about
spiritual life. This began her period of self-discovery; physically,
emotionally and spiritually. It revealed the power of vibration for healing her
body and accessing higher dimensions of consciousness. She will describe her
encounters with spiritually evolved Beings, how they guided her to higher
realms and deepened her understanding of the soul. In the end, she was healed
of rheumatoid arthritis.

Paula Forget
developed an interest in the nature of consciousness in her early teens, when
she displayed precognitive ability. Hoping to find answers to her questions
about the nature of time, she studied the para-psychological research, which
was still in its discovery stages in academic institutions in the United
States. In her 20’s Paula conducted independent research on Kirlean photography
and bio-feedback. Over a period of 30 years, she experienced several spiritual
awakenings which led her to discover meditation. As she was pursuing her
spiritual path, Paula has had careers in several industries, including
insurance, hospitality and fine art. She has taught Meditation for Everyday
Living classes in Canada and the US. She recently authored Guided to the Higher Realms: A Personal Journey of Ascension Through
Meditation (2015), and was
featured in Yvonne Perry’s book More Than Meets The Eye: true stories about
death, dying, and the afterlife (2004). She was member of Friends of IANDS
(International Association for Near-Death Studies) and was involved in the
local chapter in Nashville, Tn. Paula now resides in Bellingham, WA.
