“The Work of Bryon Katie – Four Questions That Can Change Your Life”!

Byron Katie,  author of “Loving What Is: four questions that can change your life,” teaches a method of inquiry called “The Work” that can cut through attachment for those willing to seek their own deepest truth.  Based on the assumption that life events happen for us rather than to us, and that our stressful beliefs are the cause of suffering, this practical inquiry/meditation practice brings a universal perspective to our day to day and existential concerns.

Kathryn Jarrett Lyons, LMHC, CDP, obtained her MA in Psychology from Antioch University – Seattle in 1996 and has been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Bellingham since 2001.   She specializes in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and The Work of Byron Katie, often integrating astrology-informed insights, having studied psychologically oriented astrology for over 40 years. She has special interest, experience and training in addressing performance issues, as well as, weight management and other conditions demanding extensive life-style change.  She is currently also the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor of Brigid Collins Family Support Center in Bellingham, WA where the inquiry work of Byron Katie is integrated into client education, individual and group therapy services, as well as staff clinical training and supervision practices.
