Voice Dialogue: A Tool for Transformation
Rabbi Marti Leviel
Have you ever felt torn between going to the movies and cleaning the house? Or struggled to decide whether to stay in your present job or risk diving into a new venture? And, of course, you've heard the voice in your head calling you 'stupid' for a variety of reasons. And what about the time you got so enraged and later wondered where did that come from?
The paradigm for this presentation is that each of us is comprised of a variety of parts or sub-personalities and, either they control us or we control them. The 'aware ego' process is one of separating from the parts with which we over-identify, and claiming the parts that we disown. And Voice Dialogue is the technique for doing that. I will be describing the paradigm and common parts, answering questions, and demonstrating the technique.
Come to this presentation and learn how this works and how you can gain more control over your wondrous sub-personalities!
Rabbi Marti Leviel learned Voice Dialogue directly from its developers, Hal and Sidra Stone, in Los Angeles in the mid-1980s. With over 30 years of experience, Marti has used Voice Dialogue in her own life, helped individuals and couples, and taught it to groups at The Wellness Community in Redondo Beach and Santa Monica, both in California, and Woodside Church (now The Center for Spiritual Living) in Bellingham.
Suggested Donation $5-$10.
No one will be turned away!
